As a former EMEA Finance Director (with regional CFO responsibility) in international organizations, I understand the true cost of high responsibility.
Today, I combine neuroscience with real business practice, teaching leaders how to regulate their nervous system so they can maintain clarity of thinking where others lose their footing.

Meet Alicja: From High-Stakes Finance to Neuroleadership
For over 20 years, I operated at the heart of international business. As an EMEA Finance Director (with regional CFO responsibility), I managed complex transformations and high-level strategic decisions across multicultural environments. I know firsthand that in the world of high finance, the greatest asset isn't just a spreadsheet, but a clear, resilient mind.
My transition from CFO to Certified HeartMath® Coach and Neuroleadership Trainer was driven by a single observation: even the most brilliant leaders lose their edge when their nervous system is stuck in "survival mode." Today, I bridge the gap between hard business results and the biological foundations of human performance.
